Welcome the elusive Luigi!
He's incredibly difficult to get a clear photo of, since he's infinitely more interested in making friends than being photographed.
He's super motivated to be right up with his people; and is an amazing lap cat. He just wants to snuggle and play and tell you about it and snuggle some more. He's super charismatic and agreeable; making friends with cats, dogs, and every person he meets.
He also has a love of dry pasta that borders on unhinged...he leapt onto the stove the first time his foster family made rotini. He will cheerfully bat a dry noodle across the floor as the world's most exciting cat toy.
He hates to be shut away from the action, and just wants to devote his life to making yours better!
