Ruby

Ruby was born behind a Dollar General, and only knew a scraping by outdoor life.  A BCR volunteer saw her hugely pregnant self, and scooped up her and her mama Pearl.  Days later, she gave birth to five kittens, and did an amazing job raising them.  Now it's time for Ruby to find a forever family of her very own!

This gorgeous girl is brave and curious, and has truly blossomed in her foster home.  She is very food motivated, and never forgets when meal time is.  She is deeply bonded to her son Hank, is good with other cats, and tolerates dogs.  

If you have good sunny windows, she loves an afternoon nap.
