Tommy Lynn had a rough start in life. He was brought home by a woman who decided confining him and his brother to a single room with no vet care in minimal attention was “rescue”
When he came to BCR he was unhandleable and alternated between hiding and screaming/swatting. Luckily, we have patience for the weirdos, and after months of care and kindness he’s figured out what he wants in the world. He wants to be underfoot! In the kitchen? Underfoot. Headed to the couch? Underfoot. And this doesn’t just apply to people; he’s fostered with a large breed dog and is obliviously underfoot there as well. Tommy is very vocal at mealtimes or when he realizes he can’t see his personal to wind around their ankles. While he’s great with adults, dogs, and other cats, we recommend a home without small children because he’s still not a fan of being scooped up…he’s got a sense of bodily autonomy.
