Rule of Law was born to an amazing trailer park mom named Hazel. (Already adopted, woot!) From her he learned about fairness, and how a lap contains two legs, one for him, and one for his sister Civil Society.
He's a wonderful kitten who loves to play with skitter and stick toys, and once he's tuckered out he likes to sleep up high to survey his domain.
He's also a big fan of snuggling up with his person and purring himself to sleep.
He's not shy, come on and meet Rule of Law today!
